Results of questionnaire survey on the management of refractory enterprises under the epidemic situation
Zhengzhou huixinlong refractory
The questionnaire sample covers more than 20 provinces and cities in China. We know that at present, the overall starting surface of refractory enterprises has exceeded 80%, and the capacity utilization rate is less than 50%, but it has been able to meet the production demand of downstream steel, cement and other industries, and there is no case that the downstream enterprises are affected by the shortage of refractory materials. Fundamentally speaking, the insufficient capacity release in the current Metallurgical Building materials industry is the main factor affecting the operating rate of refractory enterprises.
Enterprise pessimism ushers in a turning point
Insufficient traffic capacity is an important problem faced by refractory enterprises under the epidemic situation. The short-term city level logistics nodes have been opened, but there are still blocking points in the village and town level roads. Refractory enterprises are mostly distributed in suburban villages and towns, and there are still difficulties in the entry of raw materials and the output of products. The insufficient supply of drivers and transport capacity resources leads to a substantial increase in logistics costs. In the case of the cancellation of high-speed charges, the enterprise freight increases by 30-80%. In addition, during the epidemic period, the logistics, management and epidemic prevention costs of enterprises increase, and business development is limited, which will greatly affect the profits and revenue of enterprises.
